Triad Athletic Department Update

OHSAA has extended the “no contact period” for all athletic programs (MS/HS) until Friday, May 1. This includes all athletic events, practices, scrimmages, and contests.  Reminder this also includes workouts, weightlifting, and other school related activities. Teams are not permitted to meet off site for practices/events. Coaches are permitted to communicate to student-athletes during the “no contact period.” Please visit the OHSAA website (https://ohsaa.org/) for more information concerning eligibility, spring sports, and beyond.

Cardinals fall to the Indians

After a slow start for the first three quarters, the Triad 8th grade boys basketball team found themselves down 15 with two minutes remaining in the game. They clawed their way back to within two points, but eventually fell by a score of 39-43 on Monday night at Mechanicsburg. For the Cardinals, Cam Thomas led the way with 12 points and Hunter Thompson added 9. The Cards are back in action at home on Wednesday evening, facing off against Fairbanks in their final regular season game.
