Youth Clinic - July 2021

When: Monday, July 26th 6:00-7:30 pm and Tuesday, July 27th 6:00-8:00 pm

            -pizza on the last night for the last 30 minutes-

Where: Triad High School Gym

Cost: $25 per athlete {Please make checks payable to Triad Athletic Department}

Requesting Participants: Any girl in grades 1st-6th (2021-2022 school year) that has an interest in basketball!

Deadline to Register and Pay: Monday, July 5th

How to register: 

1. Fill out the form below and return to Coach Trainer, or any HS girls basketball player.

2. Fill out the Camp Registration via Google Forms {https://forms.gle/wPPotQveD2xTqMbo6}

3. Email or text Coach Trainer the information needed from the form. {trainere@triadk12.org/937-243-2001}

4. Message Triad Girls-Basketball on Facebook with the information needed from the form.
