It took awhile, but the LHS Varsity boys finally picked up a GWOC win Thursday and it came against rival Springboro. Lebanon had a quick start and never looked back beating Boro by over 400 pins. Trevor Bottles rolled games of 279-223 for a whopping 502 series. That is the 4th highest two game series in school history. He finished the day with 16 strikes, 7 spares, and 0 opens. Ryan Losekamp (224-218), Tanner Roark (208), Jack Staffan (252), and Gabe Taulbee (201-204) all had games over 200.
The JV boys also beat the Panthers. The final pincount was 1901-1453. Sophomore Matt Brinkman led the Warriors with games of 237-170 for a 407 series. Ethan Foraker also had a 212 game in Lebanon's winning effort.
